Qnubu PRO Lion 20T Hydraulic Rosin Press

The Qnubu PRO Lion 20T Hydraulic Rosin Press is a press designed for the most demanding extraction professionals, since it has a great capacity and benefits. Suitable for industrial processes, it allows you to adjust the pressure at all times thanks to its indicator pressure gauge up to two tons. It has a new structure that makes the Qnubu Pro Lion much more stable and resistant.

It has a 12 x 12 cm rectangular plate that can be exchanged for another 7.6 x 25 cm offering greater pressing surface, with which it is possible to process two or three bags at the same time. By combining pressure and temperature, the resin and essential oils are exuded and separated from the vegetable matter without the need to risk dangerous chemical solvents. In a quick and simple way, your extraction will be ready in a few minutes without any other added process.

Plate Size & Pressure 

With twenty tons of pressure spread over either a 12cm x 12cm or 7.6cm x 25cm plate, you'll get exceptional results from medium and large sized flowers. The dual heating plates ensure a consistent and even heat throughout, ensuring the best quality extract is achieved.

How to use:

1. Connect to the mains and press the power button of the press.
2. Set the desired pressure, temperature and time parameters.
3. Wait for the thermostat to reach the set temperature value.
4. Introduce the properly packed vegetable material between the plates.
5. Operate the pressure crank and activate the countdown button.
6. The press will emit a warning beep at the end of the countdown.
7. To release the pressure on the plates, the pressure valve must be turned to the left. The system hydraulic will release the pressure and the plates will open automatically.
