This notice applies to consumers purchasing goods from Squish Tech Ltd for delivery within the European Union.
Your Right to Cancel
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period expires 14 days after receiving the final item.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.

- A clear statement that you wish to cancel the purchase
You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not required.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning Goods
You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Products manufactured to your specifications
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
