If your order is late, please check the tracking number provided to you. If your tracking indicates an unexpected delay or says that it's been delivered and hasn't, get in touch with us immediately and we will chase it up for you.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Some items may have a longer lead time, however this will clearly be stated on the product page prior to purchase

Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders over £400.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost are not refunded and any costs must be covered by the customer. If free delivery was given then this cost will be deducted from the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at your expense, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We may also charge a restocking fee.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

In the rare event that your product has stopped working and is within the manufacturers guarantee, please get in touch with us immediately and we will arrange a repair or replacement at our expense.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
