It works!

Rosin doesn't stick to it for long and you can cut it to size. All you'd want from Parchment paper :)

Exactly what I was looking for

Its nearly impossible to get food grade 5 gal buckets in Europe, except for here!
Delivery to germany wasn't quite cheap but the guys from squish tech made it worth it :)
