How To Use
Fill the agitation tank with a layer of ice, a layer of cannabis plant material and another layer of ice. Finally, add filtered water until the ice is covered.
Through the control panel, adjust the speed (RPM) and direction of water flow as required. Cycles usually last from 3 to 20 min, depending on whether fresh or dry plant material is used and the quantity being incorporated.
The safety chamber will store the trichomes and prevent them from spreading during the shaking process.
Before starting the process of filtering the resin extracted from the plant material, it is important to set up the collection tank with the selected micron mesh bags. Place them in the tank from the smallest (bottom) to the largest (top). Finally, allow the water to drain from the agitation tank into the collection tank.
Remove the micro mesh bags and collect the filtered resin. Before doing this, the micron mesh bags must be rinsed well with filtered cold water to ensure all the resin is completely filtered.
5. Collection & Drying
Place the resin on trays, making layers of hash as thin as possible to achieve a perfect drying result. Once prepared, it’s drying time! You can do this manually or with a suitable freeze dryer (recommended as there is less risk of microbial growth).
