Optimised for High Yields: The Devil Press Pre-Press Mould (also known as the pollen press) was specially designed to maximise yields when pressing material between 3.5-14g, giving high yields.

The Logic

When it comes to generating compressive force, it's important to consider the importance of surface area, as total force applied is spread throughout. Therefore, the smaller the area of your mould, the greater compressive force can be applied to your product.

The fact that this pre press mould is only 6cm wide means that you can maximise the compressive force of your machine and, by extension, yields.

Aluminium is both odourless, impermeable and non-toxic - often used for packaging sensitive products including pharmaceuticals and food. This means your puck of material won’t be contaminated with a metallic odour like stainless steel would leave behind.
